- All items are in good to mint condition and guaranteed.
- We will replace any defected item.
Return Authorization:
- All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Warranty and returns on products sent overseas will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only.
- To obtain a return authorization, you can use the online contact form, by email , or send correspondence to our address.
Please include the following information with your correspondence:

- Address and phone number
- Email address
- Item name and description
- Date of purchase and a copy of receipt or a copy of sales statement.

Taxes and customs duties:
- All orders shipped to California addresses will be subjected to 8.25% local and state taxes.
Customs duties and taxes to non-US destinations:
- Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Brouhaha's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
- You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
- Brouhaha Music Marketing is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments . We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs form.
Shipping & handling information:
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
- Due to high volume please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within the 50 states and 4 weeks for international.
Domestic orders [USPS First Class Mail]:
- CDs: $4.00 will be charged to the first CD, $1.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Posters: $6.00 for the first poster, $2.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Videos: $5.00 for the first video, $2.00 for each additional thereafter.
Canada & Mexico orders [USPS Airmail]:
- CDs: $5.00 will be charged to the first CD, $1.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Posters: $8.00 for a poster, $2.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Videos: $6.00 for the first video, $2.00 for each additional thereafter.
International orders [USPS Airmail]:
- CDs: $6.00 will be charged to the first CD, $3.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Posters: $10.00 for a poster, $3.00 for each additional thereafter.
- Videos: $7.00 for the first video, $3.00 for each additional thereafter.
